Hop varieties

We adapt our hop varieties to the requirements of our customers. Currently, the Aurora variety dominates our hop gardens, followed by the traditional Slovenian variety Savinjski Golding. In our plantations you can also find the Celeia and Bobek varieties and the new Slovenian variety Styrian Wolf. We work together with the Slovenian Institute of Hop Growing and their department for breeding new hop varieties.
